1. General Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation conditions, reservation type, payment status and applicable booking terms.
2. Eligible Refunds
Where a reservation qualifies for a refund, the refundable amount will be determined according to the applicable booking and cancellation conditions.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Payments made for non-refundable rates may not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically stated in the booking conditions.
4. Cancellation Charges
Any applicable cancellation charges, administrative fees or other permitted deductions may be subtracted from the refundable amount.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the reservation, subject to the procedures of the applicable payment provider.
6. Refund Processing Time
After a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank or financial institution. The hotel does not control the processing time after the refund has been initiated.
7. Duplicate Payments
If a guest is charged more than once for the same reservation due to a payment processing issue, the duplicate amount may be reviewed and refunded after verification.
8. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails but an amount is temporarily debited from the guest's account, the amount may be automatically reversed by the payment provider according to its processing procedures.
9. Refund Requests
Refund-related requests should include the booking reference, guest name and relevant payment details so that the transaction can be reviewed efficiently.
10. Special Offers
Promotional rates and special offers may have separate refund conditions. Guests should review the terms associated with the selected offer before completing payment.
